According to the improved discharge port, it is set at the lower end of the discharge valve flange to reduce the blockage of the separation equipment in the grinding chamber that needs to be generated when the material is immersed;

The driving of the grinding spindle bearing and feed pump is controlled by a frequency converter, and the specific speed ratio and current amount are indicated to achieve intelligent and visible management methods;

The total flow rate of the material is controlled by a flow meter, and the cooling water output of the grinding cylinder is measured;

The working pressure in the grinding chamber is controlled by a pressure sensor. When the working pressure is too high, the equipment will automatically maintain and enter a shutdown alarm situation;

The temperature of commodity feeding and discharging of ordinary Sander can be accurately measured. If necessary, the refrigeration temperature can be accurately measured and automatically added. When the temperature of discharging material is higher than the preset value, the equipment will automatically maintain the alarm condition of feeding to shutdown;

The energy consumption of each grinder is calculated and analyzed by the cost accounting method of the Electricity meter meter equipped with the electric control cabinet, which can slightly control the replicability of goods and reduce costs and consumption.
