The Sander is designed for the pre dispersion and dispersion of high viscosity materials. It is suitable for fine and large flow grinding of high viscosity materials. Features of this machine:

Installation of sand grinding lining plate:

Before installing the lining board, the dust on the tube should be cleaned first. Then the lining plate shall be checked and trimmed. Its back and surrounding shall be trimmed and leveled with grinding wheel as appropriate. The bolt hole shall be sand cleaned and cast with flash to enable the bolt to penetrate smoothly and meet the installation requirements. When installing the lining plate, a layer of 1:2 cement mortar shall be applied between the cylinder wall and the lining plate of the vane Sander, and the lining plate bolts shall be tightened wet. The gaps between the liners are also wiped with mortar.

The bolts for fixing the lining plate should be carefully padded with sealing pads to prevent leakage of mineral slurry or powder.

The cylinder liner cannot form a circular gap.
