Product Introduction
Ordinary Sander is a kind of grinding equipment with wide material adaptability and high efficiency at present. The grinding chamber is narrow, the clearance between the paddles is small, and the grinding energy is intensive. Sander, also known as ball mill, is mainly used for wet grinding of chemical liquid products. It can be roughly divided into horizontal Sander, basket Sander, vertical Sander, etc. according to the use performance. It mainly consists of the machine body, grinding cylinder, grinding disc (lever), grinding medium, motor, and feeding pump, and the speed of feeding is controlled by the feeding pump. The grinding medium of the equipment is generally divided into zirconia beads, glass beads, Zirconium(IV) silicate beads, etc.
Compared with ball mill, roller mill, colloid mill and other grinding equipment, Sander has the advantages of high production efficiency, low cost and high product fineness. There are significant differences in process conditions, and the fineness requirements can be adjusted and classified by adding or subtracting appropriate grinding media.
