Characteristics at Work

1. The powerful centrifugal force swings the material from the axial direction and sits in the narrow and high-precision gap in the middle of the motor rotor. At the same time, it is subjected to comprehensive interaction forces such as centrifugal extrusion molding, liquid layer friction, and hydraulic transmission impact, and the material is basically dispersed.

2. The high-speed running motor rotor of the disperser causes an angular velocity of less than 15m/s, and the material is dispersed and crushed under obvious hydraulic transmission cutting, liquid layer friction, impact, and other effects. At the same time, it is quickly ejected according to the motor stator slot.

3. The material of the disperser continuously shoots out rapidly from the axial direction, changing the inflow due to the frictional resistance between the material itself and the vessel wall. In addition, under the action of the upper and lower radial suction force caused by the motor rotor area, there is a clear rolling flow field of the upper and lower double strands. The materials have been continuously used multiple times and dispersed throughout the entire process.

Media characteristics of lithium electric Sander

1. Different types of dispersers are used for gaseous, liquid, or mixed situations, such as ZQDF for gas, ZQDF-Y for liquid, and ZQDF-2 (or -3) for steam. Otherwise, incorrect operation may occur. The ZDF series of multi-purpose dispersants can be used for both gas and liquid applications. When ordering, inform the media situation, and the installation client does not adjust the format.

2. The medium temperature is different for products of different specifications and models, otherwise the electromagnetic coil will burn out, the sealing parts will age, and it will seriously affect the service life.

3. The viscosity of the medium is generally below 50cSt. If this value is exceeded, the pipe diameter exceeds 15mm and can be ordered according to the customization regulations of the ZDF series multi-purpose dispersal machine. Set a low viscosity disperser with a pipe diameter below 15mm.

4. When the cleanliness of the medium is not high, a backwash filter valve should be installed in front of the disperser. When the working pressure is low, a direct acting diaphragm disperser can be used, such as CD-P.

5. If the medium is a fixed item commodity circulation, and reverse flow ZDF-N and ZQDF-N are not allowed, double commodity circulation should be used. Please make clear regulations.

6. The medium temperature of the silicon carbide Sander should be selected within the allowable range of the disperser.
