Installation of Sander liner:

1. Before installing the lining plate, the dust and dirt on the cylinder should be kept clean and tidy. The bolt holes should be cleaned and cast with flash edges to ensure that the bolts can smoothly penetrate and meet the installation requirements.

2. When installing the lining plate, a layer of 1:2 cement mortar shall be applied between the cylinder wall and the lining plate for the vane type Sander, and the lining plate bolts shall be tightened while wet. The gap between the lining plates is also smoothed with mortar.
