The blue Sander is composed of an electric cabinet, a rotating shaft, a grinder, pump blades, a dispersion disk and a grinding basket filled with grinding media. During the work, the rotating shaft and the grinder, pump blade and dispersion plate on the rotating shaft run at high speed, and the grinder pushes the grinding medium to cause obvious shearing and collision with the materials, so as to achieve the effect of grinding fine materials and dispersion polymers. At the same time, the materials ground by the laboratory Sander are sucked out of the grinding basket under the effect of the pump blade adsorption, and then dispersed by the dispersion plate, so ideal grinding can be achieved in a short time.
Installation and maintenance
The motor shaft should be installed on a simple and basic basis, and the installation site should fully consider household appliance wiring, actual operation, maintenance, natural ventilation, and other standards. Foundation screw 6-M18 × 400, 70mm above the fundamental plane.
The mixing shaft and column should be filled with lubricating grease on time. Fill the oil inlet at the top of the column with a car oil gun, usually per shift/time. Trial operation process
Do a good job of preparation before debugging, check whether the installation of each component is firm, and whether the spindle rotation is appropriate. Add grinding media to the grinding basket. When using new grinding media, screening should be carried out to remove residues and crushed particles. The filling amount of the media should be 2/3-3/4 of the basket's capacity, and it should be adjusted appropriately based on the viscosity of the material. Only after all above types are accurate and correct can the material be added for trial operation, and everything is working normally. The selection of the spindle speed ratio should be based on the viscosity of the material. When the viscosity is high, the speed ratio decreases, but on the contrary, it increases.
Generally, after finishing the work of Sander, the grinding basket should be cleaned for the next work. When cleaning, it should rotate intermittently, because the dispersant and grinding medium are damaged and increased without material.
