Product Introduction

Installation precautions:

The ball mill should be installed on a stable concrete foundation. For the foundation design and construction of the laboratory Sander and ball mill, please refer to the general assembly drawing and foundation drawing of the ball mill. In order to ensure that the position accuracy of all parts of the ball mill does not change greatly during use, the foundation of the ball mill should be of a monolithic structure.

After the compressive strength of the concrete foundation reaches 75%, a ball mill can be installed on it. Before installation, the quality of the foundation should be inspected, and it is required that the concrete has no defects that affect its strength. The number and position of reserved holes should meet the requirements, and there should be no debris, water, or oil stains inside the reserved holes. When using the "ground wire method" for installation work, a "center marker plate" should be embedded on the surface of the foundation. Before installation, draw and make eye-catching punch marks on the "marker board" as the centerline reference during installation.

Before installing the rod nail Sander, the ball mill shall be checked and accepted by parts, and problems found shall be handled in a timely manner.

2. Refer to the assembly drawing of the rotating part for the cylinder part.

3. Refer to the assembly drawing of the transmission part for the transmission part.

4. Please refer to the general assembly drawing for the overall relative position.

Structural features:

(1) The main bearing adopts a large diameter double row self-aligning roller bearing, replacing the original sliding bearing, reducing friction and energy consumption, making the mill easy to start.

(2) The end cover structure of a regular mill has been retained, with a large diameter inlet and outlet and a large processing capacity.

(3) The feeder is divided into two types: a combined feeder and a drum feeder, with a simple structure and separate installation.

(4) The ordinary Sander has no inertial impact, and the equipment operates stably, which reduces the downtime of the mill and increases the efficiency.
