Ball Mill (NQ70L-2) increases efficiency
(1) Increase volume
Increasing the volume of the mill can increase the production efficiency of the mill compared to the same period, with thick lining plates and significant net weight, increasing power consumption and reducing the cylinder section volume, thereby reducing the productivity of the ball mill. If a magnetic lining plate is used, the volume of the cylinder section can be increased, while the net weight relativity is reduced, and the power consumption is reduced. Little did they know that using a thinner magnetic lining plate also has its drawbacks, as the small thickness and resistance to impact of the Cr Mn Mo alloy cast steel lining plate used are very prone to cracking. For example, some manufacturers choose grooved annular lining plates for lining problems, which increase the contact surface of the ball ore, improve grinding efficiency, and have the ability to handle the ore, reducing energy consumption and being used.
(2) Increase filling rate and rotation speed
The processing capacity of the ball mill increases with the increase of the filling rate of the steel ball, which increases the probability of the steel ball crushing the ore and the self grinding efficiency of the ore. When the filling rate of the steel ball is 45%, the load of the ball mill decreases significantly with the increase of the filling rate. The key is that with the increase of filling rate, the starting point of the steel ball is pulled up, and the supporting force of the impact force when the steel ball falls accelerates to rotate closer and greater than, greatly shortening the combined torque and becoming O to negative. The required load for the combined torque of the impact force when the steel ball (including ore) falls increases from large to 0, until it becomes the driving force that promotes the rotation of the cylinder section (i.e. the combined supporting force passes over the midpoint, and the combined torque is negative).
(3) Change the appearance of grinding medium
Elliptical sphere media can be used to replace the existing circular sphere media. Compared to circular spheres, elliptical spheres have the following advantages:
Compared with circular balls of the same diameter, elliptical balls have a 62% increase in net weight, strong impact force, and increased crushing ability;
The point contact between elliptical balls is replaced by line contact, and the total contact area is four times larger than that of circular balls, which has the ability to selectively break through raw materials
With excellent screening effect, the distribution of commodity particle size is uniform, reducing the over crushing condition;
Compared with circular balls of the same diameter, the surface area of the elliptical ball increases by 8%, which increases the surface area of the steel ball medium and raw materials, and increases the grinding ability;
The elliptical ball and the mill lining plate are replaced by the point contact of the circular ball through line contact, reducing the damage of the steel ball medium to the lining plate and reducing the steel ball
The impact of the quality and mill lining reduces the damage to the steel ball medium and mill lining, promoting a longer service life;
The elliptical ball also has anti-static and moisture-resistant properties, which can reduce the absorption of ultrafine powder and reduce the grinding condition.
Compared with circular spheres, elliptical spheres can greatly increase the crushing and grinding capacity of ball mills, while also reducing the consumption of machinery and equipment.
