The Sander adopts the separation system scs (large flow screen barrel clearance centrifugal separator system), which can separate the grinding ball even under high flow. The size of cylinder centrifugal separator screen scs makes the flow resistance (i.e. pressure drop). Due to the action of centrifugal force, the hollow structure of the turbine rotor rotates together with the main shaft, and there are no grinding balls inside the hollow turbine rotor. The scs discharge separator system has no wear, a large discharge flow area, good filtration, and long working time.

By setting the improved discharge port at the middle and lower part of the discharge valve flange, the blockage of the separator in the grinding chamber during material immersion is reduced.

Adopting a bidirectional sliding double end mechanical sealing device with coolant, it has good sealing performance, reliable operation, and good bearing performance.

The drive of the grinding spindle and feeding pump is controlled by a frequency converter, displaying the actual speed and current, meeting the requirements of modern visual management;

The material flow rate is controlled by a flow meter, and the cooling water flow rate of the grinding cylinder is measured;

The pressure in the grinding chamber is controlled by a pressure sensor. When the pressure is too high, the machine will automatically protect and enter a shutdown alarm state;

The inlet and outlet temperatures of ordinary Sander products can be measured. If necessary, the cooling water temperature can be measured and automatically added. When the discharge temperature is higher than the set value, the machine will automatically protect and enter a shutdown alarm state;

The energy consumption of a single grinder is calculated based on the configured electrical cabinet. With slight control functions, it can replicate products, save costs, and reduce consumption
